Meet Valor's Founder...
Lute Atieh
Chances are, if you have heard of Valor Manufacturing Training, you have met Lute Atieh.Not only does Lute currently lead our Sales Team, but he started the business back in 2016 with the help of his brother, Ramsey. Two years later their third brother, Sami, joined the team.
Lute's passion for helping people and his drive for success are a huge part of why Valor has grown and expanded over the past several years.
Lute is a father to Ari, his 2-year-old son. In his spare time, he enjoys flying his plane, spending time with Ari, and supporting a variety of local businesses in the area. Lute is know for his willingness to help others succeed and he is hopeful that Valor will continue to expand it's outreach in the coming years with the help of valuable clients such as you!

Valor has partnered with Altec - St. Joseph and Steve Sewell to support the development and enhancement of current supervisors' leadership skills to better prepare them to be the future leaders of the organization.
These quarterly, onsite trainings focus on effective communications, conflict management and influence as well as diversity and inclusion in the manufacturing environment.
Our first quarter sessions were a tremendous success with excellent interaction and engagement. We are very excited to see what next quarter's training brings!
