LaDonna Sloan
LaDonna started with Valor/180 Skills in August 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, to help onboard an influx of customers who had to move to the digital world. She came equipped with 10 years of experience in training and support in the technology industry. As a Client Success Manager, she is the client's go-to person. LaDonna can help with technical issues, but more importantly, she helps set training goals and sees them through, delivers new products and resources, and advocates for our growing client list in every capacity.
LaDonna was born and raised in the Indianapolis area where her entire family still lives – all five generations! She enjoys getting together frequently for pool parties, golf, bowling, corn hold tournaments and playing board games. LaDonna doesn't currently own a dog but is a huge dog lover and has several furry friends who camp over when friends and neighbors travel without theirs.
She is also an active member of the United Methodist Church and enjoys leading Bible studies, greeting on Sunday mornings and serving as a Trustee. She lives next door to her best friend and travel partner, and most of their journeys revolve around Geocaching! Life is an adventure and LaDonna lives it to its fullest!

Founded in 1983, Quality Pork International Inc. (QPII) is a privately held corporation that specializes in deboning hams for packers, further processors and export customers. The company debones more than 25 loads (one million pounds or 454,000 kgs) of bone-in hams per day. Even with this incredible volume, their state-of-the-art processing facility, completed in 1997, ensures a consistent, top-quality product to customers every time.
QPII is also engaging with Valor180 as a content partner in developing new custom content that will enhance their training program and help build to our content catalog!

We are VERY excited to announce the latest additions to our content catalog... the FOOD SAFETY TRAINING TRACK! This comprehensive collection of food safety based training modules has been developed with and approved by our subject matter experts and covers all pertinent and related topics for anyone working in the food production industry. SQF, BRC, Allergens and Food Facility Defense are only SOME of the modules offered in this new course which will continue to grow!
The Valor180 Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams gathered in Kansas City, Missouri over June 27th - 30th for the first official team retreat! This retreat incorporated informative presentations, workshops and team-building exercises to better understand how each department functions. This time was also used to discuss and explore possible ways to improve our internal processes to provide the best service to our clients.
