Nice to meet you!

Before we meet, let me tell you a little about myself!

I am based in the Kansas City area and have many years working in the manufacturing sector. Although new to the Valor team, for the last 3 years, I served as a Manufacturing Consultant with an agency of the Department of Commerce. There, I worked to help provide solutions to my manufacturing clients largest challenges and barriers. Normally, those were centered around solutions to the general labor shortage and ineffective training.
 
Personally, I have a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from Baker University and Bachelor's of Arts from University of Northern Iowa. I also have two grown sons and, as a side profession, I officiate College football and basketball!
